Join us for our Annual Legislative Update Luncheon covering new legislation affecting your association, learn from recent case law and hear how our Legislative Action Committee fights for success in Sacramento and what is on the horizon for 2020!

This program will cover –

  • – Learn what bills have been signed or vetoed and how these will each impact our communities
  • – Learn how associations will be affected with the new Election Bill
  • – Learn about the new parameters of the Infrastructure Inspection Bill for all elevated structures, including balconies, decks, stairways and railings
  • – Obtain an understanding of how Associations may be required to allow accessory dwelling units
  • – Learn and understand the difference between an employee and an independent contractor
  • – Find out if religious items can hang on doors and any restrictions involved
  • – Learn about the limits for the number of children in family day cares
