CAI offers educational luncheon programs in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. These programs provide an opportunity to network and showcase your business’ products and/or services with our members. Ventura County luncheon programs have hosted up to 175 attendees representing 200+ Homeowners Associations and Santa Barbara Luncheons host around 65 attendees. Where else do you have the opportunity to network with that many potential clients?!
CAI hosts (4) luncheon programs on the Central Coast each year. Attendance has reached up to 100 attendees per program. The attendees at these programs are Community Association homeowners, board members, and community managers.
This is an introductory course for HOA Board Members and Homeowners and new Community Managers. This program is a great opportunity to connect with Association Boards and introduce your company at the beginning of one of the webinar sessions (3 total). Members and non-members attend from all of the counties we serve.
Our chapter webinars have a captive audience of around 75 attendees (homeowners, managers, & board members) and draw attendees from all of the counties we serve. These programs provides a great opportunity to introduce your company plus receive the attendee list of those in attendance.
The Chapter’s Annual Awards Presentation is an opportunity for chapter members to enjoy a fun networking event while we also recognize our chapter volunteers and give a special “thank you” to our chapter members for their continued support!
Community Faires are offered twice per year and is an opportunity to showcase your company’s products and/or services. Each event has attracted up to 200 Association Homeowners, Board Members, and Community Managers. This event is open to members and non-member managers / boards to attend so a great opportunity to expand your reach outside of the chapter membership. If interested in exhibiting, be sure to register early as these events do sell out quickly!

Meet face-to-face with management company decision makers! Management company members staff each table and Business Partners visit the tables for three-minute interactions, similar to speed dating. This event is exclusively designed for those who sponsor so make sure to sign up early!
CAI publishes a quarterly magazine consisting of industry updates, chapter announcements, and includes advertising opportunities for our chapter business partners and management companies. Currently, 1,000 magazines are printed and mailed to our chapter members. Consider running an ad to remind our members of your services in the HOA industry.
CAI publishes an annual membership directory that is sent to all chapter members. The directory is a helpful resource for our members when looking for vendors who specialize in the industry. Your membership includes one company listing under the service category of your choice. Additional listings and ads are available for an additional fee and a great opportunity for our members to have your contact information at their fingertips!
CAI has an online service directory that includes your company listing along with the opportunity to place an ad. Our online service directory is open to the public so even non-members can locate your company information.
