S.B. 323 attempts to create another one-size fits all approach to California homeowner association governance. You can help us STOP S.B. 323. If you haven’t already, send our online advocacy letter to the Assembly Housing Committee here.

AND, please call Assemblywoman Limon’s Capitol Office – (916) 319-2037 and kindly let her know that S.B. 323 is bad legislation due to increased costs for associations. Please let them know the name of your community association.
