POSITION AVAILABLE: GENERAL MANAGER, ONSITE, FULL-TIME, FOR HOA WITH 440 CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES
LOCATION: Ventura County, Southern California
REQUIREMENTS:
Certification and GM experience at medium/large HOA
Very good knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act, CA HOA law, civil and corporate codes
Be proactive to improve the quality and efficiency of our association
Able to work well with onsite office personnel and employees, BODs, and homeowners, with a positive attitude
Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
SAMPLE OF GM DUTIES:
Oversee all day-to-day operations and report directly to the Board of Directors
Coordinate the enforcement of our governing documents, CC & Rs, bylaws, and rules and regulations
Assist the association as liaison with legal counsel
Attend open board meetings – usually held one Saturday morning per month (possibly on Zoom)
Attend Executive Sessions and hearings – usually on weekdays, when scheduled
Prepare draft agendas for the above meetings in coordination with the Board President
Prepare a draft of the annual budget for review and approval of the BODs
Supervise all HOA onsite employees
Procure various competitive bids from companies as determined needed by the Board
Approve all invoices
