To 180k for the right candidate – Leisure World of Seal Beach, CA (Golden Rain Foundation) (6608 units) is seeking an Executive Manager of Services, to provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and foster client (sub-associations aka Mutuals) relationships within our HOA member services division. Position will collaborate closely with the executive team, senior managers, and department heads to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients. Oversees Member Services division that includes Finance, Stock Transfer, Mutual Administration, and other departments as it relates to the Mutuals (sub-associations). This position oversees finance, stock transfers, and sub-association administration. 5 direct reports, 20 indirect. Position reports directly to the General Manager and is the #2 position in the organization. Director budget responsibilities of $7.2MM, overall budget of $24MM.The preferred candidate will have 10 years progressive leadership experience in HOA or Property Management, have a strong financial acumen and strong understanding of current state, federal and local regulations. Cover Medical, Dental, Vision, for employee and dependents (spouse and children), Cover LTD, basic life insurance , Up to 5% 401K match, 10k moving expenses.
