Farrell Smyth is a well-established San Luis Obispo property management firm seeking an experienced HOA Coordinator to join our team. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm, with some evening and weekend meeting attendance required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent people skills
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Property Management and/or HOA/Community Association management experience preferred
• Real Estate license preferred but not required
