Academe Real Estate & Property Management is seeking an experienced HOA Community Property Manager experience (a must!) to join our team.

Compensation: $70,000 to start

Paid Time Off: 10 days per year to start and 7 paid holidays

HOA Community Property Manager Job Description

Community Managers generally manage 12 to 15 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

HOA Community Property Manager Requirements

  • 2 years of Homeowner Association (HOA) management experience.
  • Must be available for 4-5 evening Board Meetings per month
  • CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

HOA Community Property Manager Skills/Qualifications

  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
