HOA/Condo Portfolio Manager (Santa Barbara / Goleta)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of serving Homeowner Associations
- On-site inspections of communities
- Attend Board meetings Day or Evening
- Create and complete action lists based on Board meetings
- Work with vendors to coordinate services
- Work with Board Members to run day-to-day management of Communities
- Respond to Emails and phone calls in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Very strong computer skills are a MUST
- Comfortable speaking in a group setting
- Ability to meet deadlines and address time sensitive issues
- Manage workflow amid shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provide high-level client service with great attention to details
- Comply with established company procedures and learn industry specific software
- Dependable with a solid attendance record
- Must learn quickly and use available resources to independently obtain solutions
Preferences:
- Must be available for evening meetings and after-hour emergencies
- Reliable transportation to conduct site visits
- 2 years college or equivalent
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Willing to obtain CMCA or CCAM designation or equivalent
