HOA/Condo Portfolio Manager (Santa Barbara / Goleta)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of serving Homeowner Associations
  • On-site inspections of communities
  • Attend Board meetings Day or Evening
  • Create and complete action lists based on Board meetings
  • Work with vendors to coordinate services
  • Work with Board Members to run day-to-day management of Communities
  • Respond to Emails and phone calls in a timely manner

 

Qualifications:

  • Very strong computer skills are a MUST
  • Comfortable speaking in a group setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and address time sensitive issues
  • Manage workflow amid shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide high-level client service with great attention to details
  • Comply with established company procedures and learn industry specific software
  • Dependable with a solid attendance record
  • Must learn quickly and use available resources to independently obtain solutions

 

Preferences:

  • Must be available for evening meetings and after-hour emergencies
  • Reliable transportation to conduct site visits
  • 2 years college or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Willing to obtain CMCA or CCAM designation or equivalent
